Resource Person:

Prof. Dr. Dileep Kumar M is the Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Full Professor of Business Management at GNS University India. With a double doctorate in Behavioral Sciences and Business Administration, he has undertaken several research projects of strategic management, consumer behavior. entrepreneurship, SMEs development, tourism development, human resource management, and organizational behavior, in various countries. Sharing his literary interest, he has written 80 short case studies in business management, 170 international and national peer-reviewed journal publications, and presented more than 65 papers in international and national conferences. Add to his academic credentials, he has 2 patents, 6 copyrights, written 9 books in Business Management, including 4 case study books and 3 monographs. He is the editor and editorial member of several international high-impact journals. He has educated faculty members, research scholars, and corporate executives from 25 countries, and engaged in research and development, and consultancy at the national and international levels, for more than 18 years. He has contributed substantially to academic and corporate services and committed his life to academics, research, corporate development, and the institutional building process.
